Frequently Asked Questions
How do I connect to my gym?
Tap “I am a Gym Member” on the welcome screen, then scan your gym’s QR code or enter your gym code manually using the keyboard icon on the camera screen.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap “Forgot password” and enter your registered phone number. You’ll receive a password reset link via email.
My QR check-in is not working
Make sure your membership is active and that you are scanning the current QR code displayed at your gym. If the issue continues, contact your gym admin or reach us at support@thegymos.app.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account inside the app. Your account will be deactivated immediately. You have 30 days to log back in and restore it. After 30 days, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.
Membership or payment questions
Membership fees and payments are managed directly by your gym. GymOS does not process payments on behalf of members. Please contact your gym directly for billing questions.
The app is not loading or crashing
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, check that you have a stable internet connection and that your app is updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If it still fails, email us at support@thegymos.app with your device model and a description of the issue.
How do I report inappropriate content?
On any post or comment in the social feed, tap the three-dot menu and select Report. You can also block another member from their profile. Reports are reviewed by gym admins and the GymOS team.
