GymOS legal

Terms & Conditions

These draft terms explain the basic rules for using GymOS while the product and commercial model continue to evolve.

Last updated: April 24, 2026

These terms are a startup draft for GymOS and are intended to describe the current product relationship between GymOS and the gyms or operators using the service until a formal legal review is completed.

Use of the service

GymOS provides tools for onboarding, access management, memberships, attendance, pricing, offers, reporting, and related gym operations. Customers may use GymOS only for legitimate business purposes connected to their gym or fitness business.

Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for the owner, admin, and internal account users created for their gym. Access credentials must be protected, and the customer is responsible for activity performed through those accounts unless GymOS is notified of a security issue.

Operational data

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the business, membership, attendance, lead, and pricing data entered into GymOS. GymOS provides the software system, but customers control their operational decisions and communications with their own members and staff.

Availability and changes

GymOS may update product features, onboarding flows, integrations, and internal controls over time. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Billing and commercial terms

Billing terms may be defined separately in customer onboarding or commercial agreements. If a billing workflow is not yet active in-product, GymOS may communicate pricing or renewal details separately outside the platform.

Termination and access

GymOS may suspend or remove access for misuse, security risk, or breach of terms. Customers may also stop using the service, subject to any separate commercial commitments already agreed.
